To further increase our market presence and enhance our service offer to leading distribution partners as well as end customers Snickers Workwear is now establishing its own sales organization in the Polish market.

A driven Regional Sales Representative looking for the next big challenge?

Mission: 

  • Successful establish Snickers Workwear and implement the strategy for the Polish market in the sales region
  • Together with Senior Account Manager, establish a local distribution network and relationships with local retailers and chains
  • Establish direct customers in the craftsmen trade in your region

Responsibility:

  • Focus of role is sales execution towards regional retail  network and direct customers
  • Drive sales in region to reach agreed budgets and time scales
  • Master product knowledge of Snickers Workwear garments
  • Ensure that sales targets, growth plans, costs and profitability are all within predicted levels in your region
  • Undertake daily sales activities; dealer days, local trade fairs, tender activities, etc.
  • Monitor market trends, being up to date with Clients’ expectations and competitors actions


Requirements:    

  • Professional experience (3-5 years of relevant work experience)
  • Proven track record in B2B Sales and Sales execution, in the Retail, Consumer or Construction business preferably for an international premium brand
  • Secondary school education strongly preferable
  • Financially apt and commercially astute. Be able to prepare and deliver within budget
  • Motivated and able to work under pressure and successfully manage a very diverse and demanding workload. Capability and experience from working autonomously when required
  • Comfortable and capable of communicating at all levels within and outside the business, with a high level of professionalism
  • Extensive travel within the sales region will be required. Driving license is required
  • Fluent in Polish and basic knowledge in written and spoken English and/or German
