For our Client international company we are looking for candidate ready to take the position Manager – Accounts Payable (Internal Shared Services Center).

Manager – Accounts Payable
Location: Poznań


JOB DUTIES:

  • Manage and execute Accounts Payable operations
  • Manage resources to efficiently and effectively meet fluctuating business needs
  • Ensure annual targets for quality and timeliness, as approved by management team, are met or exceeded
  • Partner with other AP SSC managers to standardize processes and to ensure service levels are achieved
  • Ensure internal controls are valid and functioning
  • Ensure procedures are current and reviewed/approved each fiscal year
  • Ensure staff understands and follows procedures. Provide retraining as required
  • Ensure existing procedures and workflow activities are effective, support controls and comply with policies. Where appropriate, identify and implement process improvements
  • Establish, prioritize and organize department initiatives/projects
  • Partner with key customers and business partners to improve overall quality of service
  • Create and maintain a formal training process for both new and existing staff
  • Coach and motivate staf
  • Ensure staff has training necessary to meet performance objectives and provide excellent customer service


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 4 years Finance or customer service management/supervisory experience in a Accounts Payable team
  • Fluent English
  • Microsoft Office skills. Advanced: Excel, Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization, planning and leadership skills
  • Strong management and follow through skills
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials or other major ERP system
  • Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems
  • International experience
