APAD Sales Manager Central Europe

Work location: Central Europe, headquarters in Poland (Gliwice)

Your responsibilities:

APAD (Automotive Parts and Accessories Decorative) Sales Manager, Central Europe will be responsible for the sales activities in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. The main function is to:

  • Meet sales growth according to defined targets
  • Set and implement strategy for automotive plastic assembly market in Central Europe
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by managing  technical service in a customer plant
  • Manage customer claims
  • Manage working capital and account receivables
  • Cooperate with European laboratories on projects
  • Work with key account managers on coherent pricing policy

Our requirements:

  • Technical or chemical education
  • Deep knowledge of chemical/plastic industry
  • 5 year experience in key account management and technical service
  • Fluent English skills

  • Ability to build trust and respect and create long-term relations
  • Ability to take decisions and influence others
  • High people management skills
