Praca Brand Ambassador

Job description:

The Brand Ambassador is the expert on tobacco products in the store. She or he interacts with consumers and gives expert advice and insights on tobacco products and brand experiences. They are the personification of the brand they represent, expressing its image and message through the uniform, knowledge and the way they interact with the consumer.

Responsibilities:

Interaction with customer and advising on product assortment, allowances, prices and savings;
Build & maintain contact with regular consumer;
Increasing  products sales, with emphasis on the represented brand, as well as cross-category sales;
Ensuring product availability & attractive on-shelf display for the brands;
Supporting monthly sales targets set for Tobacco category,  Brands, etc.
Ensure open, regular communication with Key report contact on issues/highlights;

Requirements:

Previous experience in a Retail environment / Marketing / Customer Service preferred
Foreign languages: English & market specific. Additional languages are an advantage
Good communication and influencing skills: a person that easily communicates and relates to other people
Customer service proactive attitude
High degree of self-initiative
Passionate / interested in communication
Professional, well maintained appearance
Outgoing, internationally travelled (will be an advantage)
Passion for learning and strong selling skills
Interest in tobacco market will be an advantage
