For our Client, one of the biggest companies from BPO/SCC sector, providing financial services for its clients, we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Business Accounting Manager.

Opis stanowiska / Job description

- Manage outsourced accounting activities
- Lead and develop a team of about 15 staff
- Manage reporting processes including intercompany, fixed assets, general ledger and statutory accounts
- Coordinate and promote the cooperation between onshore and offshore teams
- Secure and develop long term relationship with clients
- Ensure low rotation of the staff and support recruitment and retention
- Introduce continuous improvement of the service delivery

Kogo szukamy / Profile description

- University degree in finance or accounting
- At least 7 years experience in finance, including team management
- ACCA, PCA or equivalent would be a strong asset
- Good knowledge of ERP systems
- High level of flexibility to interact with and manage a broad range of customers and priorities
- Very good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent English
