business development
responsible for the overall successful operation of the branch offices including daily branch operations, business development and client management in compliance with internal directives,
establishing and developing business relationships,
assisting clients with solving their requests,
participating fully in recruitment process,
coaching, motivating and leading personnel at the branch,
making sure that the company is meeting the goals in time and meeting the clients’ expectations,
insuring that all operational problems are analyzed and resolved,
expanding feeders’ network,
presenting company to general public with the goal to increase brand awareness,
coming with ideas what new strategies can be implemented to help the company run smoother
possibility of moving into role of Managing Director of Polish branch of the company in Warsaw within 8-12 months
university degree,
min. 5 years of working experience at similar position, ideally in similar field (consulting, banks, insurance companies, etc.),
experience with people management, sales and client relationship management,
managerial experience in an international company,
advanced English
knowledge of accounting / tax / payroll solution is an advantage,
knowledge of SAP or MS Dynamics solution is an advantage,
strong analytical skills
results-oriented person with strong leadership,
prioritization and multitasking skills
possibility of moving into role of Managing Director of Polish branch of the company in Warsaw within 8-12 months
work in fast growing international consulting and outsourcing company,
friendly environment in young team with professional attitude and expert background,
working inWarsaw, in case of interest the opportunity to travel and get experience by working in other branches in Central andEastern Europe,
