Our Client, well known international company, has currently opened interesting vacancy. Currently we are looking for experienced candidates for Business Development Manager position.

Business Development Manager

Requirements:

Sales / Business Development in defined foreign countries (eg.Baltic states)
Maintenance of existing customer relationships
Build-up of new customer relationships
Creation and monitoring of offers in cooperation with the specific departments
Contract management
Leadership of the Sales Organisation inPoland
Project Sponsoring of major projects inPoland and abroad
Build-up of new sections and industries according to your relevant experience
Your input for engineering efficiency (input of project life cycle model) strengthens our international engineering services

Profile:

University degree in engineering
Proven knowledge in sales management or managing large-scale projects (TIC > 20 Mio €) within a national and / or international area in the fields mentioned above
Many years of experiences in planning and / or transaction and / or sales in the fields mentioned above
Distinctive practical know how in Process Technology, Structural Engineering and Building Services
Experience in working in projects within the GMP-regulated industry
Good knowledge of the national and international laws of contract (FIDIC, etc)
Familiar with MS Office software
Ability to communicate and work in a team with proven Leadership skills
Huge degree of flexibility
Willingness of national and international travelling
Sophisticated and customer orientated personality
Experience in supervising employees is advantageous
English: very good – fluent
