You possess well developed communication skills and the resilience to cope with challenges.

Specifically, you will:

• Handle queries on a daily basis generated by our consumers.
• Identify and execute the appropriate solutions, sending correspondence to consumers and completing all cases in a timely manner.

•    High school diploma is a minimum
•    Professional experience in consumer service environment will be an asset
•    Advanced knowledge of Romanian
•    Good working knowledge of English
•    Excellent communication and customer focus orientation
•    Strong identification with teamwork and cooperation
•    Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
•    Strong command of Ms Office
