Miejsce pracy: Dundalk /Co. Louth Region: Irlandia Opis stanowiska:- Design & writing programs for machines from the customer drawings - Selecting cutting tools, speeds & feeds and advising on inspection methods - Achieving competitive cycle times in line with industry norms - Achieving quality levels for products manufactured in the area - Introduce new components and achieve first article approval with customer - Machine and tooling preventive maintance plans - Maintain health and safety standards for the area - Indicate and promote continuous improvement on quality, cycle times and overall yield - Coach other members of staff and develop their skills
Wymagania:Minimum 6 years programming and setting machines experience - Familiar with Tornos & Citizen turning machines (or equivalent) - Familiar with up to 12 axis turning - Ability to work directly from drawing and be stand alone - Broad range of experience in machining different materials - Experienced in metal cutting and the latest tooling & cutter concepts - Precision machining to tolerance (10 microns) - High volume manufacturing and meeting production targets Oferujemy:Overtime available, company pension after 2 years, 21.5 days holidays per year, company group VHI scheme Please email your cv in english to awojcik@sigmarpoland.pl Please note that we will contact only suitable candidates.
