IT Security Consultant
 
 
Job Description:
 
Person on this position will be involved in various projects that focus on Information Security.
Main tasks or activities include:
  • Analysis of IT security risks, threats and vulnerabilities
  • Definition of security strategies, policies, standards and processes and other organizational security controls
  • Design, implementation and assessment of advanced technical security controls (e.g. DLP, I&AM) of the leading manufacturers in the market
  • Analysis, optimization and testing of existing security solutions
  • Involvement in security streams of various system integration of management consulting projects
  • Demonstrate a general understanding of technologies and terminology related to networks, data governance, auditing, data centers, cloud computing, business resilience to increase the efficiency of work performed
  • Supervision and conduction of infrastructure security analysis and diagnostics
  • Identification of potential improvements in security infrastructure based on available technical and financial analysis
  • Design and implementation of plans for transformation of security architectures and/or processes
 
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Higher education
  • 3 + years of experience in designing and implementing security controls for large enterprise
  • Good understanding of technical security solutions like DLP, I&AM, Firewalls/VPN, IDS/IPS, LDAP, etc.
  • 3 + years of experience in managing large security systems, perfect knowledge of tools for managing and monitoring IT security
  • Ability to translate technological applications and preparation of feasibility studies
  • Industry certifications - CISSP, CISA, CCIE, etc. are welcome
  • Ability to manage project team
  • Creativity and problem-solving
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability and readiness to travel - projects also outside Poland
