Customer Service Representative servicing Czech market (Based in our Warsaw office)
Key responsibilities:
- Support the business growth objectives through a management of the entire order to cash process (from order collection thru management, to cash collection activities) in dedicated area - Czech.
- Build optimal relationship with customer and respective Sales Force thru proactive communication to ensure all issues are resolved on time and in quality manner.
- Inform customers about procedures of orders’ changes and work in order to respect the procedures.
- Prepare and follow up invoices and credit notes.
- Propose set up of credit limit and payment terms, in line with European Credit Policy.
- Keep customers’ database for Sales and Marketing purposes updated.
- Support POSMs planning & distribution processes. Manage logistical operations connected with POSMs and furniture.
- Deliver daily/weekly/monthly reporting to Sales & Marketing Departments in timely and accurate manner.
- Deliver support to local sales launches and pre-booking meetings.
Profile:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience with a branded goods in international company, preferably within apparel industry. Experience of working in Czech language will be an asset.
- Experienced in Customer Service transactions (handling customer requests in prompt, efficient and courteous manner, develop new process, work cross functionally to address customer issues and team work needs).
- Experienced in order entry, managing at once orders.
- Experienced in establishing, managing and growing customer relationships by understanding of needs, applying best practices to improve customer satisfaction.
- Fluent Czech is a must, good knowledge of English. Polish will be an asset.
- Education: minimum high school degree.
- Computer literacy: MSExcel, MSOutlook, MSWord. SAP knowledge will be an asset.
- Excellent communication, flexibility and adaptable skills.
