A person appointed for this position will be responsible for managing the sales process for e-commerce on EMEA markets.

Scope of responsibilities:

• creating global segment strategy and supporting the local teams in executing local segment strategies
• establishing the global budget for the segment sale
• understanding segment needs, troubleshooting and bringing resolution to gaps in current products and services
• setting the direction for a new business initiative (proposing development of new services and products that meet segment needs)
• monitoring the effectiveness of all activities within the segment
• supporting the local sales teams (training, case studies, negotiations with clients)

The recruitment process

The recruitment process for the position consists of several stages starting with an analysis of the application forms. The results of the analysis are the basis for invitation for interviews. The next step of recruitment process is a task which will be evaluated by a respective superior.
