Department Description: Motorola Solutions Finance Operation Service Center is a department of Motorola in Kraków. The center is a part of our global network of Finance Operation Service Centers (FOSC) which provides world-class finance, accounting and purchasing services to Motorola branches in Europe, Middle East, Africa, US and LA region. Responsibilities/Expectations: - Processing of standard Journal entries
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Review of entity P&Ls and Balance Sheets for countries in the Region
- Preparation Accounting Operating Review Schedules
- Liaise with country teams to ensure that Service Level Agreements are met
- Provide reporting against KPIs
- Redesign and improve existing FOSC processes to increase productivity while maintaining quality and controls
- Ensure documentation of all processes is in place
- Coordinate processes with other regions to ensure we move towards simple common global processes
- Work with other team members to identify process improvement opportunities within the FOSC and implement those improvements by working with Finance Systems and Country Finance teams
- Highlight potential issues to management team's attention
- Other ad hoc tasks as determined by the GL Manager/Team Lead

Knowledge Skills: - Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Economy / Finance/Accounting
- Experience in finance/accounting field
- Excellent English and Russian language verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Russian GAAP
- Willingness to relocate to Poland (help in gaining work permit will be provided)
- Strong analytical/problem solving, and influencing skills required.
- Able to work under pressure and deal simultaneously with various organizations/ cultures
- PC Skills are required - Windows NT, Word, Excel
- Oracle Financial Systems experience a distinct advantage
- Experience in quality or cycle time improvement efforts is a plus
