We are looking for a candidate to take the role of:

Firewall Administrator
Katowice

Miejsce pracy: Katowice

Main activities:

Operation of perimeter security infrastructure components with the main focus on Checkpoint Firewall devices.
Check of device logs for security, OS or HW related issues.
Check and configuration of device monitoring
Maintenance of security policies defined for the infrastructure components.
User Management
Patch and update implementation

Candidate’s profile:

Fluent English language is a must
Checkpoint Firewall operation of firewall gateway running Checkpoint version R70 to R75
Checkpoint (former Nokia) Ipso 6.2 operation
Oracle Solaris based sever operation
IP configuration, switching and routing technologies
MS office incl. Visio
Proactive team player
Good communication skills (internal and external)
Flexible
Willing to work with different cultures
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and out of office hours (7x24 operating time)
German language would be an advantage
