Our Client a multinational company providing finance and accountancy services to the world's most successful companies is urgently seeking a GL Accountant. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to take part in the migration of accountancy processes and work in a dynamic and multinational environment.
GL Accountant

Opis stanowiska

  • Provide a single point of contact to the Client's Financial Controller for all finance/accountancy related queries
  • Maintain at a detailed level, the nominal ledgers for specific business groups including journal input, costs loads, VAT returns
  • Assist in the preparation of budget / forecast figures including Group schedulesPrepare journal entries and processing
  • Perform month-end-closing activities including preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, profit & loss)
  • Balance sheet accounts and intercompany reconciliation
  • Support Group, Management & Statutory reporting
  • Provide effective communication and support to the team to ensure high standard of performance

Kogo Szukamy

  • Fluent English
  • 3 years relevant accounting experience
  • Currently training for a professional accountancy qualification
  • Possess strong Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel
  • Analytical, with a high attention to detail
  • A clear focus on and understanding of internal and external customers, being creative and flexible in overcoming customers problems and complaints
  • Creative approach to the development of analysis and in the presentation/reporting of management information
