Our Client a multinational company providing finance and accountancy services to the world's most successful companies is urgently seeking a General Ledger Team Leader. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to take part in the migration of accountancy processes and work in a dynamic and multinational environment.
GL Team Leader

Opis stanowiska

  • Manage team of 15 - 20 people and close cooperation with the offshore Business Accounting leadership team
  • Monitor and take responsibility for fixed assets, GL and statutory accounts
  • Coordinate team actions related to financial analysis, planning and management accounting
  • Meet and monitor team KPI targets
  • Maintain professional and long term relationship with client
  • Introduce continuous improvement on service delivery
  • Report to Site Business Accounting Manager
  • Drive and keep staff satisfaction and morale on high level by ensuring regular and open staff communications
  • Maintain low attrition rates and support the recruitment and retention and development of quality staff

Kogo Szukamy

  • Fluent English
  • 5 years’ experience in accounting
  • 3 years relevant accounting experience in a leadership role is a must
  • Good knowledge of ERP e.g. Hyperion will be an asset
  • Good knowledge of financial and management accounting
  • Well developed interpersonal skill
  • High work standards
  • A clear focus on and understanding of internal and external customers
  • Flexibility required to interact with a broad range of customers
