Responsibilities:

• Providing hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone for customer’s end users
• Routing problems to support staff
• Coordinating and managing relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware / software / network problem resolution
• Administering and providing User Access and Exit controls.
• Providing input into published knowledge base Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

To be successful candidate on this position you need have:

• Very good knowledge of English and excellent knowledge of French
• Help desk, customer service, or support experience with problem solving
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude to work
