Polish HR team is a part of global HR organization, providing support for Poland, Ukraine and Lithuania. Responsibilities/Expectations: Position Summary: ? Coordinates and manages several Human Resources projects related to career development, employee relations issues, employees' satisfaction, remote HR support and other. ? Provides comprehensive HR support by developing and implementing HR strategies for client groups. ? Partners directly with employees, managers, and business leaders to resolve HR issues. Detailed Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations: ? Work across many strategic HR areas, including training, organizational development, labor relations, employee relations, compensation & benefits and other. ? Build productive working relationships both internally and externally. ? Manage various HR projects and functional teams to resolve problems and develop preventative strategies. ? Work on diverse problems of moderate and complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of various factors. ? Provide advice to employees and managers according to established policies and corporate guidance. ? Manage updates and necessary modifications to HR processes and procedures. ? Complete special tasks or projects on request receiving general instructions. Knowledge Skills: ? Minimum 5-10 years of work experience in variety of HR functions is essential. ? Excellent English skills. ? High education preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Economy or Sociology. ? Proven ability to drive projects independently. ? Excellent personal organization skills and attention to details. ? Highly self-motivated and flexible with a "can do" solutions focused approach. ? Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. ? Knowledge of MS Office.
