Key Accountabilities: - Supporting HR People Administration processes as: personnel hiring, employment continuity, promotion, terminations, personnel affairs, leaves etc, including :
- Contacts with managers
- Production of documents to employees (contracts, letters)
- Data entries in HR systems
- Tracking and supervising of expirations of HR processes (employees leaves, short term contracts)
- Coordination of employee’s entry and interim medical examinations validity allowing on-going job services
- Ensuring process productivity and achievements of business objectives and business partners’ Service Level Agreements.
- Assist Team Leader with managing day-to-day operations and support peers on process if needed.
- Participate in team meeting / team activities and work towards sustaining team spirit.
- Support achievement of team objectives
Requirements: - At least good French & English, verbal & written communication skills,
- University degree,
- Experience in customer service,
- Good computer knowledge/skills,
- High interpersonal skills and customer service orientation,
- Basic knowledge and interested in HR area will be an asset.
