HR/Payroll Specialist

We are looking for an HR/Payroll Specialist willing to support the success of our unique brand.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with regional HR Departments, outsourced payroll service providers and Accounting on all payroll related issues
- Act as a point of contact to ensure the integrity of the payroll data, check figures for accuracy and obtain necessary approvals
- Ensure monthly payrolls are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate all aspects of HR administration for the FSSC employees
- Conduct internal and external recruitment activities as required by business needs
- Support ongoing HR projects (performance management, trainings and development, organizational planning)
- Administer the employee Social Fund
- Assist in special projects assignedby theHR Director
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll /HR field in an international organization
- Very good knowledge of principles, methods, and practices related to payroll activities
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to coordinate several projects and tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Fluent in English (German will be an advantage)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
