Identity Management Miejsce pracy: Bydgoszcz nr ref. 124461 Job Description Identity Management (IdM) is a dedicated part of a company’s IT infrastructure for managing user accounts in distributed and heterogeneous environments. In the Identity Management terminology, such environments may also be referred to as connected data stores. Databases, directories, applications, files and other stores that hold hard or soft-written information about an identity may very well be classified as connected data stores. Managing user accounts across connected data stores is the primary objective of IdM team. By this we understand providing certain synchronization logic and intelligence to the core elements of the IdM realm. In other words, the IdM team tries to answer the following question: “How the user accounts should be propagated across the IT systems of an organization to allow for effective and secure access to the most critical and key resources of the company?” A perfect candidate for a position in the IdM team should be interested in finding an answer to this question, as well as in finding approaches to constantly improve processes of account synchronization.
