Our company specializes in the design, manufacture and installation of air conditioning and heating systems for motor vehicles for special uses: off-road, construction, military and public transport. Products of the company are famous for their functionality, innovation and durability in use. Currently we are looking for candidates for the position of: INSIDE SALES MANAGER
Location: - Workplace – Oława plant (about 25 kilometres from Wrocław)
- Superior – Sales Director Europe
Main purpose of the position:
- Establishing, maintaining and developing the MCC business with assigned customers.
- Support Sales Organization with information and analysis of costing, pricing, system XAL, and product/BOM.
- Act as a liaison between the Polish company and the sales organization, and in this role be the Sales Organization’s extended hand in Olawa.
Responsibilities: 1. Sales - Establishing, maintaining and developing partnerships with assigned customers, mainly through phone and e-mail communications.
- Handle all smaller, unassigned clients to the Company
- Maintain and respond to the Sales.EU and related e-mail addresses
- Responsibility includes
- proposing pricing and preparing quotes for aforementioned customers,
- be the customers’ primary contact to MCC in all commercial matters,
- active participation in negotiating terms of cooperation with assigned customers.
2. Sales Analysis and Price Lists - Analyze customer and product profitability and prepare reports as determined by Sales Director
- Maintain and update standard price lists
3. Sales Support - Support European Sales Organization with data such as costing and pricing information, XAL queries, BOM, product availability, etc.
- Be the European Sales Organization’s on-site person and assist in on-site needs as requested by KAM or Sales Director
Requirements and professional competencies: - Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Higher education (preferably technical with additional postgraduate management and/or marketing studies)
- Minimum two years’ experience in industrial sales
- Very good knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques
- Very good presentation skills
- Willingness for some business travel
- Driving license
