Instrumentation and Control (I&C) Commissioning Engineer

The I&C – Commissioning Engineer performs on a Power Plant site (abroad) start up and commissioning of I&C equipment and components, supports the commissioning of I&C systems and provides proper and expedient technical direction. There is no need for much experience in the scope of responsibilities below. You will be trained on the job in order to gain know-how entitling you to perform independent.

What are my responsibilities?
Technical:

responsible for commissioning of I&C components like:
Automation Processors
sensors and drives
DCS Logic - Diagrams, Logic - Symbols, DCS Tools
handling of Programming - Languages
responsible for commissioning of I&C systems like:
interlock - checks and optimization of control circuits acc. to logic - diagrams
commissioning coordination of the I&C part
responsible for the proper handling of comm. documentation

Administrative:

recording entries to the punchlist for the construction and comm. management
ensuring that commissioning procedures are followed and proper documentation is maintained
maintaining daily site log
identifying and resolving conflicts between installed and as - designed conditions

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Master of Science / Engineer : Electronics, Robotics, Automatic, Control Engineering or similar
Fluent command of the English language in writing and speaking
Declared intention to live and work abroad for long period (min. 5 years)
Valid passport and driving license
