(PMPL-D) with it's registered seat in Krakow and office in Warsaw is a part of Philip Morris International Inc. capital group, the worldwide leader in tobacco industry. PMPL-D is focused on sales and distribution of tobacco products for the domestic market.

PMPL-D is currently recruiting for the position of:

(Senior) Internal Controls and Business Processes Improvement Analyst

Location: Warsaw

SPECIFICALLY YOU WILL:

Perform operating and financial controls audits
Prepare audit reports and present audit results to stakeholders
Participate in preparation of risk assessment
Prepare Sarbanes Oxley documentation, perform testing and reporting
Ensure integrity and compliance with PMI and PMPL principles and practices
Participate in Compliance activities and reporting
Identification and implementation of business processes improvements
Ensure business controls advisory

QUALIFICATIONS:

University Degree in Accounting, Tax or Finance
3-5 years of related work experience
Knowledge of accounting and internal controls
Experience in using computerized accounting systems (SAP)
Advanced skills in MS Office applications
Experience in Sarbanes Oxley, operating and financial audits
ACCA / CIA qualifications would be an advantage
Fluent English
Advanced presentation skills
Action oriented
