Job position:
As a IT Branch Manager, you will be responsible for business development, building lasting business relationships with clients and sourcing suitable candidates for specialist roles within IT sector. You will also have Full P&L responsibility for the independent company Business Unit. Your tasks will cover: team management, matrix reporting to EMEA corporate structures, full life cycle recruitment process: profile definition (mid.- senior roles), management of other recruitment sources, face to face interviews and selected candidates presentations to our business partners. The role is challenging and varied where you will be working alongside like minded individuals in a highly motivating exciting environment.
This is a pro-active, head hunting and consultative sales position therefore it is important that you are persistent, psychologically resilient and persuasive person having strong planning and organization skills.
Your profile:
- University degree,
- Min. 3 years experience in IT industry in a recruitment functionwith deep understanding of IT environment.
- Fluent in English
- Team management experience
- Knowledge of additional European languages would be an advantage.
