As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for client management, building lasting business relationships with clients and sourcing suitable candidates for specialist roles within IT sector. Your tasks will cover a full life cycle recruitment process: profile definition (specialist roles), job advertising publications and management of other recruitment sources, phone/face to face interviews and selected candidates presentations to our business partners. You will be working alongside likeminded individuals in a highly motivating exciting environment.
It is important that you are ambitious, persistent and persuasive person having strong planning and organization skills.
Your profile:
- University degree,
- Min. 3 year experience in IT industry in a recruitment function with deep understanding of IT environment.
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of additional European languages would be an advantage.
