We are currently seeking applicants for the position of:

IT Specialist

Place of work: Poznań

The scope of duties will involve maintaining all aspects of the IT infrastructure, including managing a number of networks and supporting end users. The position might also require occasional travel to offices in other locations in Poland, as well as close cooperation with foreign staff.

The perfect candidate will be able to demonstrate practical and theoretical knowledge in the following areas:

LAN and WAN organization and management
Ethernet, the TCP/IP stack and routing basics
Network diagnosing tools
Administrative knowledge of Windows XP Professional, including tuning and security issues
Understanding of Linux systems (Gentoo is the preferred distribution)
Understanding of SSH, DHCP, IMAP, TLS and DNS protocols
Interest in open source solutions
Scripting skills (shell, cmd).

We are looking for ambitious, open-minded and responsible people, showing pro-activity and precision in performing day-to-day tasks. The perfect candidate will be well-organized, well-mannered, thinking logically, with an analytic mind. They will be able to work under the pressure of time and properly prioritize their duties.
