Knowledge Manager

Job Description:
- Developing Knowledge Management Strategy across the account.
- Owning the Knowledge Management process account wide and promote use of Knowledge Management Tool across all tiers.
- Ensuring knowledge is created, authenticated and approved in accordance with the knowledge management process.
- Management of existing and new knowledge documents.
- Promoting KM Management tools and process by direct and TtT style trainings.
- Reporting progress of the knowledge management process
- Policing accuracy and consistency of knowledge.
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships on the account and with the client
- Maintaining up to date Knowledge Management work instructions and procedures.
- Lead Continual Improvement Plan for Knowledge Management across the account.
- Improving efficiency of the KM process (lowering the KM team involvement in solution lifecycle).
Person Profile:
Experience – Essential:
- Proven experience within Knowledge Management
- Solid general IT Knowledge.
- Excellent English written and oral skills.
- Experience with PRIMUS knowledge database.
- Experience in driving new initiatives with limited or no supervision
Experience – Desirable
- University degree preferred
- ITIL Knowledge – V3
Personal Qualities:
- Strong change driver with good communication skills
- Well motivated team player with ability to work under pressure and in demanding and changing environment
- Be able to work with a minimum supervision and perform under pressure to tight deadlines
- Stress resistant
- Able to work effectively and flexibly within a large multisite and multicultural environment
- Well structured multi-tasking skill and developed time management ability
- Self-confident with very good communication skills.
