The range of duties mainly covers:

• supervision of office general operation (including full reception facility, stationery and grocery stock),
• securing of proper document circulation in line with internal procedures,
• holding a register of incoming and outgoing correspondence of any kind,
• support in preparing and editing official letters as well as Power Point presentations,
• assistance in arranging business meetings and travels of other employees.

Expectations and requirements:

• bachelor or master degree diploma (eventually perspective of obtaining it within a year),
• advanced knowledge of English language (spoken and written),
• minimum 2-year experience in office administration area (preferably in an international company),
• knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 package enabling easy operation of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point,
• ability to perform under time pressure,
• skill of making self-reliant decisions,
• high motivation, reliability and widely developed skill of job organisation,
• well mannered behaviour.
