Capgemini Business Process Outsourcing is one of the first and the biggest outsourcing center in Poland providing services in 28 different languages in the areas of: finance, accounting, banking, procurement, customer care and marketing services. BPO employs over 2200 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.

Currently, to our Business Process Outsourcing Center in Kraków or Katowice we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Operations Security Lead

Job Description:

Patch Management (design, execute)
- Own the patch management process
- Analyze environment (security scan)
- Plan remediation
- Execute remediation as projects and changes
- Define standards
Network securityConsult BPO teams to fulfill security requirements

Review Firewall rule
Plan Intrusion detection/prevention system
Assess network vulnerabilitie

Liaise with other Capgemini security teams and align BPO standards to global Capgemini standards
Proactive and strategic (re)design of the IT landscape according to security standards
Changes
- Plan, prepare, implement changes
- Lead change teams
Audits
- Work with internal and external auditors
- Gather data
- Maintain audit database (input, results)
- Plan audits, provide input, gap analysis, remediation
Business Continuity TestsDocumentation

Planning and execution

Candidate's profile:

Experience in supporting of a global infrastructure environment
Operating system knowledge (previous support engineer preferred)
- Windows 2003, 2008
- RedHat Linux 5 and 6
Basic Application knowledge
- SQL, IIS, Active Directory
- Clustering and LoadBalancing
Network VMWare / general virtualization concepts

Nokia Checkpoint Firewall
Cisco certification preferred
Intrusion detection / prevention systems

General Backup and storage concepts

Symantec NetBacku
Network Appliance (NetApp)

Usage of Microsoft office products ITIL (minimum “foundation” certified)

Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Visio

Familiar with computer / cyber security standards
Familiar with scan / logging facilitiesGood communication skills in English

Nessus, RSA,…
