Active Directory Developer

Miejsce pracy: Warsaw

Key Responsibilities:

Performs third level support for IAM incidents escalated from IAM Operations or IAM management. Understands priority and escalates to senior members of IAM team if resolution not reached in a timely manner. Will provide complete history of all troubleshooting efforts in incident ticket and assist with creation of root cause analysis.
Assists in the administration, maintenance and support of IAM applications and associated infrastructure
Performs system maintenance responsibilities for existing systems during platform upgrades.Ensures correct resolutions and involves appropriate teams in resolving problems when needed
Assumes ownership for the coordination, investigation and documentation of Tier III customer's development related tool issues
Works with senior members of IAM team in the design, build and implementation of new IAM solutions
Serves as project resource for projects requiring programming expertise involving SQL, .NET, Access/VB,ASP/X/HTML by following structured development methodologies
Maintains integrity and performance of global Active Directory environment
Works with vendors and other third parties as appropriate to resolve application issues
Creates and maintains documentation of procedures and standards associated to IAM solutions
Enforces policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
Performs periodic operational audits to ensure adherence to standards
Completes periodic reports
Prepares communications that are comprehensible, accurate and effective
Performs periodic operational audits
Provides after-hour and weekend on call support when required
Works independently and maintains a high-degree of professional conduct at all times
Develops and maintains product knowledge, business and professional skills by participating in on-the-job and external training courses

Requirements:

Very good English skills
At least one year of experience with development technologies including VB.net, SQL, AD
Understanding & supporting a large Active Directory environment 50K User + (Windows Server 2008 platform environment preferred)
Experience with the development of technical documentation and technical communications
Experience with system.directoryservices namespace
Knowledge of networking concepts and technologies and application development lifecycle
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Team player who also works well independently
Excellent customer service skills
