RTR Business Accounting Lead

Miejsce pracy: Warsaw

Key responsibilities include:

Operational leadership of outsourced Business Accounting activities
Management of circa 12 onshore staff increasing to circa 20 staff, and close liaison with the offshore Business Accounting leadership team providing outsourced accounting services
Working within the framework of the Service Management Operating Model eg SLA/OLAs & KPIs
Functional responsibility encompassing intercompany, fixed assets, general ledger and statutory accounts. Provision of management reports and analytical support to Business Finance Managers including financial analysis, planning and management accounting across the Services business
Supporting the RTR Business Accounting Lead and the FC&A Service Delivery Lead in the review of resourcing and career development activities. Responsible for driving staff satisfaction and morale, ensuring regular and open staff communications
Coordinate and promote effective onshore-offshore team working, where appropriate
Meet/exceed target service deliverables
Meet/exceed Delivery Centre Operating Unit Plan
Secure and develop long term relationship with client
Maintain low attrition rates, and support the recruitment and retention and development of quality staff
Introduce continuous improvement on service delivery

Requirements:

Fluent English
Operations delivery experience in finance with at least 3 years delivery experience in a leadership role
Qualified accountant (desired) with at least 3 years PQE
Good knowledge of financial and management accounting
Good knowledge of ERP and finance related tools e.g. Hyperion
Flexibility required to interact with and manage a broad range of customers and competing priorities
Excellent presence, interpersonal skills able to handle confidently potential client presentations
Willingness to travel and potentially to offshore locations
Passion and willingness to learn and deliver through Operational Excellence
