In order to remain the trusted leader in nutrition and wellness company is currently enhancing its European Research & Development capabilities by centralising much of the Research and Development work in the newly built Heinz Innovation Centre in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. This is Heinz' second biggest centre worldwide and employs up to 200 employees.
For our Client we are currently looking for experienced and most suitable candidates to fulfill the position of Packaging Development Manager in the Heinz Innovation Centre in Nijmegen.

- Implement the strategy in delivery of agreed goals - perfect the fundamentals, cost - competitiveness, Health & Wellness.
- Using consumer understanding to develop preferred packages.
- Creating, developing and implementing industrialised packaging solutions under specific projects, ensuring robust risk management and delivery of quality attributes.
- Using Packaging Supplier Knowledge to create preferred packages.
- Implementing the Heinz people strategy to develop and continuously improve capabilities of the Packaging Development Team.
- Ensuring Packaging cost competitiveness.
- Proactively driving new innovation ideas.
Kogo szukamy / Profile description
- University degree in Engineering, Materials Science or related.
- At least 8 years experience in New Product Development in the consumer products and food packaging industry.
- Very well developed technical skills.
- Ability to understand and apply key business processes.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong cross functional relationships.
- Willingness to relocate abroad - working in Nijmegen, The Netherlands.
- Fluent English is a must.
