Purpose of the role

The Process Expert is a key role for the further success of the Process management team function in managing the process and system improvements within the Global and Regional Demand and Catalogue planning departments. In this role you will work closely with the department, both management and users, to create a solid solution for the Demand planning operations (Processes and IT systems). The mission is to continuously improve the solution as well as to support the resolution of the issues in the day to day activities. The work includes both a long term and short term horizon. The Process Expert will work as a sort of an internal Management consultant within our client focusing on process integration, improvements, monitoring, validation and increasing knowledge within the Global and Regional Demand and Catalogue planning departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the processes and work closely with the Demand and Catalogue planning organization to ensure future possible improvements
• Work with functional representatives to define and redefine processes that will improve time and quality of the processes
• Look for and develop IT solutions that will support the identified process improvements
• Create and own IT specifications and work closely with the IT organization to deliver effective  solutions
• Secure the processes to make sure we always have the correct demand data in the systems and that they are accurately as well as verified  
• Investigate and solve issues that may be indentified in the integration of different systems and processes 
• Work closely with IT to ensure understanding and delivery of business critical tasks

The Process Expert reports straight into the Global Process management team and with a “dotted line” to the process owners of Demand and Catalogue planning. It’s located in Stockholm but with close connection to our regional operations in Poland, Russia, Santiago and Thailand.

Profile:

We are looking for a person with a good overall process understanding; perhaps you work in a management consultant organization with focus process and system improvement.

You are expected to have knowledge in IT development, mainly towards ERP , Planning and Forecasting systems. You have a Bachelor or Masters Degree or equal. Project management experience is a plus. Corporate language is English, however Russian and Polish are widely used in this part of Oriflame

As a person you like challenging environments, are open minded and delivery oriented. You are self-propelled with an ability to drive activities independently. You are a strong team-player and easily interact with different decision makers in the organization. You can interpret different and sometimes contradicting data as well as communication and understand what the issues are and from this, be able to propose and push next steps.
