Process Expert Logistics, Process Management

Purpose of the role
The Process expert will manage the process and system improvements within the Global and Regional Logistics processes. The Process expert work closely with the department, both management and users, to create a solid solution for the Logistics operations (Processes and IT systems). The mission is to continuously improve the solution as well as to support the resolution of the issues in the day to day activities. The work includes both a long term and short term horizon. The Process Expert will work as a sort of an internal Management consultant within Company focusing on process integration, improvements, project management, systems development and increasing knowledge within the Global and Regional Logistics operations with focus on the coordination and integration towards the key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
• Work with functional representatives to define and redefine processes that will improve time and quality of the processes
• Manage the process and IT improvement interface towards our outsourced partners of the 3PL services
• Look for and develop IT solutions that will support the identified process improvements within Logistics and its interfacing departments
• Manage and run strategic, operational and important IT projects within Company
• Secure the processes to make sure we always have the inventory and general data in the systems and that they are accurately as well as verified
• Create and own IT specifications and work closely with the IT organization to deliver effective solutions
• Investigate and solve issues that may be indentified in the integration of different systems and processes
• Work closely with IT to ensure understanding and delivery of business critical tasks
• Coordinate and communicate all the Process and IT improvements within Global and Regional Logistics
• Work closely with Process experts in Supply Chain to share understanding and implications of all systems and process developments on all related functions and work streams

The Process Expert reports straight into the Global Process management team and with a “dotted line” to the process owners of the Regional Logistics. It’s located in Stockholm but with close connection to our global warehouses in Warsaw, Budapest and Moscow

Profile
We are looking for a person with a good overall Logistics process understanding; perhaps you work in a management consultant organization with focus process and system improvements. Experience of the Fast moving consumer goods is preferable. You are expected to have knowledge in IT development, mainly towards ERP and WMS and their interfaces as well as process management methodology. You have a Bachelor or Masters Degree or equal plus project management experience. Corporate language is English, however Russian and Polish are widely used in this part of Company.

As a person you like challenging environments, are open minded and delivery oriented. You are self-propelled with an ability to drive activities independently. You are a strong team-player and easily interact with different decision makers in the organization. You can interpret different and sometimes contradicting data as well as communication and understand what the issues are and from this, be able to propose and push next steps.
