The production manager will have the total responsibility of the production operations in one of the company's plant. Main duties on the position include:
- Responsibility for creating and nurture a culture of change management at all levels in production.
- Organising and managing production processes and supporting processes (quality, scheduling, autonomous maintenance, production process improvements etc) according to outlined strategy.
- Implementation of the investment plan of the unit through stringent project management.
- Developing the production organisation to a goal oriented and coherent team striving to excel.
- Managing key relationships with other parts of the factory management team as well as central support functions in the areas of manufacturing and lean production (WCM, Supply Chain etc).

- Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering is preferable.
- +7 years of Manufacturing experience of which at least 5 years in a management position.
- Experience from implementation of Lean Production is requested. Lean Production education is an advantage.
- Project Management experience is preferred.
- Experience of change management and culture change in a factory environment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Fluency in French and German would be an asset.
