Reconciliation Specialist
Miejsce pracy: Warsaw

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure weekly/ monthly reconciliation on Mutual, Sicavs, Complex Funds, Pension Funds or Unit Link Activity
  • Ensure the follow-up of the reconciliation breaks until final conclusion.
  • Respond to any query from internal or external sources in relation to the activity.
  • Identify settlement discrepancies and out of balance conditions through a variety of balancing techniques and reconciliation software applications.
  • Prepare and submit various monthly reports for management review. 
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve reconciliation processes for greater operational efficiency, as well as improvement opportunities for other processing areas to minimize risk of error and research time. 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Degree in Economics or Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
  • Good knowledge of the related reconciliation methods
  • Knowledge of the funds business and flows is essential
  • Experience of reconciliation is advantageous
  • Analytical skills and detail focused
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task in order to maintain established standards
  • Self-Motivation and ability to work in team
  • Excellent communication skills
