Our Client is an industry leader specializing in logistics solutions delivering their services to the customers all over the world. Because of growth and development we are looking for a Commercial Analyst based in Warsaw. Person on this position will be responsible for sales analysis and business support in decision-making process.This role will require the ability to work effectively across different divisions: Finance, Sales and Customer Service and General Management.
This is an exciting role with ongoing exposure to the fast growing Company, requires a motivated applicant, with a proven ability to effectively prioritise and deliver innovative, customer focused solutions and support. The incumbent will provide financial information and analysis needed to enable various stakeholders and management to make good decisions on time.

Opis stanowiska / Job description

- Manage the process of preparation of budgets, forecasts, and strategic plan (financials), monthly analysis, etc.
- Preparing monthly management reporting, in particular monthly activity reports per customer.
- Partner with Country General Manager and Commercial Teams in evaluating new business opportunities in Poland
- Key business support for the sales function in all analytical and planning activities,
- Own and keep up-to date pricing models and policies for the market.
- Establish the weekly and quarterly forecasts. Analyze and identify the reasons for variations.
- Creating financial models for non-standard business cases in collaboration with Finance Director.

Kogo szukamy / Profile description

- University degree: business school / finance / economics
- Professional experience: financial and commercial analysis in an international environment
- Experience with budgeting process
- Financial modeling skills
- Ability to structure data (using e.g. Business Warehouse, Access or similar)
- Understanding of Activity Based Costing model
- Strong organizational skills including coordination of processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
- Ability to work effectively with multiple complex priorities
- MS Office with advanced level of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros nice to have)
- Polish and English level - advanced
