Regional Marketing Manager

Requirements:
- minimum 4-5 years of adequate experience in a production company or in the technical area
- fluent English
- communicative Russian
- IT skills, particularly Power Point, Acrobat, Word & Photoshop
- knowledge of typesetting, ad adaptations, typography, lay outing and print an advantage
- strong analytical style with attention to detail to cope with technical nature of the material
- willingness to travel internationally
Responsibilities:
- developing the corporate and product brands in the region
- contributing to sales ambitions for the region, through strategic marketing planning & implementation
- implementation of the global marketing and branding strategy
- implementation of the Integrated Sales & Marketing plan for the region
- management of all digital marketing for the region, ensuring an effective permissions strategy is introduced and that we maximise power of e-marketing tools
- new product penetration through strategic campaigns and product launches
- CRM-development & implementation
- PR & Media planning
- campaign management-localisation & adaptation of global campaigns
- feeding market insight into global Business Development (e.g. for New product development ideas)
- analysing and assessing market and industry trends
- ensuring company has a strong presence in all relevant trade and industry associations
- managing agency relationships, both with strategic Global Partner and local partners
