Regional Sales Manager - Wroclaw

Your tasks As an Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for south-western Poland.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle.
You deliver business plans and goals.
You take care of stores.
You engage the best people, motivate and support them .
You are responsible for stability in your teams.
You live TALLY philosophy.
You enjoy the implementation of marketing concepts according to information.
Achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets rests in your responsibility.
You are the interface between stores, and service and Support Centres.

Your Profile

You have 3 + of proven sales experience as a Area Sales Manager in international company of retail sector supported by the excellent track record,
You completed successfully business education in retail,
You do everything in order that our customers are satisfied,
You deliver budget targets,
You have a strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills,
You are proactive, innovative and able to take the initiative,
You’re a dynamic team player with great responsibility, moreover you have an organizational talent,
You have a driving license,
Fluent English is a must.
