Regional Sales Manager
Role: managing up to 40 stores in the area
Workplace: Gdańsk, Gdynia
Region Name: pomorskie
Reguirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as sales representative (in food and non food products will be an asset)
- Knowledge of cookware, bedding or healthcare markets (an advantage)
- Willingness to travel once a week to stationary office in Warsaw
- Ability to analyze and understand consumer needs
- Experience in negotiations and presenting the offer
- Excellent English and Polish

Duties:
- Visiting the shops to ensure that all products are merchandised correctly
- Supplying all marketing materials
- Controlling stock information
- Identifying consumer needs and propose adequate products from company offer
- Reporting to B2B sales manager
- Preparation of attractive sales offers and implementation of them
- Forecasting the quantity of the goods, stock managing
