Release Management Coordinator
(Global Payments System)

Location: Zabierzow - Krakow

Ref. nr: RMC/01/GPS

We are looking for skilled individuals that will be involved in all activities pertaining to Global Payment System Releases related to SEPA for EU.

Main Duties:

  • Working with the countries to determine what needs to be tested once the release scope has been determined.
  • Coordination of all efforts between the countries, IT and Operations teams, including the central release team.
  • Working with the countries and the central teams to undertake all testing updating the test cases.
  • Working with the countries to get all defects completed and then working with them to get final approval for release.
  • Working with all countries on operational readiness plans and taking them through implementation and live.
  • Providing updates to the countries on progress of activities.
  • Tracking and monitoring country defects.
  • Acting effectively on all customer feedback.
  • Reviewing and understanding country requirements jointly with country contacts.
  • Proactively escalate to the Line Management any issues that would impact release.
  • Adhering to all the audit requirements including but not limited to: Declaration of Secrecy/Data Protection Act/Health Safety and Security/Clear Desk Policy/ Other Process specific Audit requirements/ Compliance issues/requirements and undertaking process specific checks, wherever applicable.

Requirements:

  • Good Knowledge of Payments processes & Regulatory requirements.
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English.
  • Good negotiating skills.
  • Quick learner.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and keen to learn.
  • Self motivated and should be able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of French or other European language is an advantage.
  • Proven ability with standard PC packages, specifically including Lotus Notes, Word, Excel and Microsoft project would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge in standard defect monitoring tools would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work with remote teams.
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts including weekends.
  • Proven track record of strong focus towards high levels of Quality and Customer Service.
