Sales Manager/Business Development Manager CEE
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
- promoting dental products and services across the Central Eastern European Region,
- establishing and developing strong business partnerships and distribution networks within each market,
- cooperating with the business partners sales teams to capitalise upon market potential in all areas,
- ensuring the company meets targeted growth and increases market share through new products and/or competitor conversion,
- working with a marketing team to develop marketing programmes and to promote and sell products in dental teaching establishments, developing relationships with these institutions,
- establishing professional relationships with academics and opinion leaders,
- arranging seminars, product training and meetings with the key professionals, dealers and internal staff.
- promoting and selling company's products within ones dedicated area of responsibility.
- Distinguished track record of exceeding group / regional sales objectives
- Demonstrated consultative selling skills
- Good presentation skills
- Hands on middle to senior level experience within a marketing team
- Dental or Medical industry knowledge
- Financially aware and highly numerate
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Fluent English.
- Computer literate including MS Office
- Positive attitude, Friendly, people person
- Professional presentation
- Ability to adapt to diverse cultures
- Mobile
