SAP Consultant
(User/Project Support & Implementations)
Location: Łódź
Key responsibilities:
- Providing daily Support to SAP end-users by resolving raised queries and incidents
- Analyzing problems, identifying root cause and defining possible solutions
- Managing User authorizations and Access rights in the SAP System
- Cooperation with Change Management and Development teams to introduce new functionalities
- Creating Specifications based on functional requirements
- Configuring SAP functionalities
- Preparing test scenarios, test data and executing test plans
Requirements:
- University or Polytechnics graduate (Business & Administration, Economy, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, IT, Software Engineering and similar diplomas)
- Fluent command of English,
- 4-6 years of experience in SAP Implementation or SAP Support roles
- Expert knowledge in one or more of: FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, SRM, IM, WM, SPM, BI or ABAP
- Strong Domain and Process Knowledge for the respective module
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to work with client
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and work in team
- Short term mobility (mostly Europe)
- Knowledge of another European language would be an asset (German, French, Spanish)
