We are looking for highly qualified individuals that will make up the core of our office team.

Work location: Madrid, Spain with the objective to continue in Poland

Responsibilities may include one or more of the following:

• Perform strategic analysis regarding internal organization and governance of Financial Entities.
• Evaluate and analyze the impacts of system implementation projects.
• Analyze, design, and implement actions or procedures to minimize impacts of coexistence periods in the framework of implementation projects.
• Gather and organize user requirements prior to tailoring Treasury or Investment Banking Systems, including Front Office trading platforms, Middle Office tools, Datamart reporting systems, Back Office systems, Credit and Market risk systems, etc.

Required qualifications

• From 3 to 5 years experience in Business Consulting.
• Graduates with at least a 4.0 in a discipline relating to Finance / Economics / Business Administration / Engineering / Computer Science / Mathematics / Statistics preferred.
• Mature and hard working.
• Integrates easily into multidisciplinary teams.
• Willing to travel.

 Desired skills

• Foreign languages, especially:
  - Polish – fluent
  - English – fluent
  - Spanish – Fluent/ Intermediate

Another language will be an advantage.

• Postgraduate studies or specialised courses, an asset.
• Knowledge of Financial Products and Markets, Treasury and Investment Banking environments.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
