Senior Consultant in Strategy Banking Team
Role Description:
- Building out the Business Strategy offering for our clients based in Poland and CEE region;
- Conducting analysis of the financial services sector;
- Delivering complex projects related to design, development and optimization of management systems and business processes;
- Development of competencies and best practices of financial services.
Candidate's Profile:
- Minimum 3 years in delivering projects in a consulting company or a bank;
- High education preferably in Economics, Finance or Business Administration;
- Practical experience of retail banking, corporate banking, products and sales management and/or sales support;
- Experience in design, development and optimization of management systems and business processes;
- Working knowledge of written and spoken English;
- Ability to work under time pressure;
- Excellent communication and client relations skills;
- Polish - native/fluent, English - advanced/fluent (both oral and written).
