They are currently looking to employ an exceptional and talented Senior Key Account Manager who will operate independently within Poland, carrying out both a sales and marketing management role. Opis stanowiska / Job description
- Develop and implement a sustainable business plan and growth strategy for Poland
- Develop direct relationships with Polish retailers and negotiate contracts with third party distributors
- Appoint a high quality logistics partner and safeguard the process of ordering, stock management and delivery rate to retailer by distributor
- Provide with category management while analyzing market research and Nielsen data
- Contact the agencies and execute BTL & ATL activities locally
- Ensure that both sales and marketing strategies deliver the short and long P&L targets and take corrective action when and where necessary
- Understand, adapt and contribute to the cultural and organizational change demanded by a role in the international department
Kogo szukamy / Profile description
- Master Degree in Management, Economics or relevant
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience gained in sales to modern trade as KA
- Respective career longevity at previous companies within international environment
- Background gained at other fields such as marketing/brand management/trade marketing highly desired
- Proven success in working with selected international chain stores in Poland
- Outgoing personality with an excellent communication skills
- Project/budget/distributor management experience will be essential
- Fluency in English is a must
