Praca Senior Network Engineer with English

Job Description:

The primary purpose of the Senior Network Engineer is to deliver projects like design which allow to connect the customer network infrastructure which Atos network and delivery the technical support on such network appliances as access points, switches, routers, load balancers and traffic optimizers from the Managed Services Global Factory organization which is located in Bydgoszcz, Poland.
These projects as well as complex highly specialized troubleshooting activities are provided to Atos customers ensuring that services meets or exceeds the established Service Level Agreements and quality standards.

This engineer role belongs to the Network, Security and Communication Services (NSCS) organization part of Managed Services. The NSCS is comprised from the team of Network Engineers who provide support services to a large variety of Atos customers all over the world.

Job Requirements

Technical Competencies

• Good knowledge and experience of networking and security services,
• Good knowledge of the physical configuration of IT systems,
• Experience of a client / server environment,
• Skills and experience in one or more of the following technical areas:
  - network configurations and protocols,
  - hardware technologies,
  - operating systems,
• Ability to structure and write technical documentation

Essential Qualifications

1. IP solution design,
2. Good understanding of Internet family of protocols particularly TCP/IP and IP/MPLS and routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF,
3. Data networking troubleshooting in the IP enterprise and core router networks,
4. Preferred Certifications include: Cisco CCIE, CCNP, CCNA or Juniper JNCIA or JNCIS, or CheckPoint CCSE+. CCSE
5. Excellent communication skills verbal & written (Polish and English),

Additional Advantages:

• Knowledge or experience in Cisco, H3C, 3Com, HP, Nortel, Avaya network solutions
• Knowledge or experience in load balancing and WAN optimization solutions
• Cisco CCNP (or the equivalent) qualification
• Knowledge in management network tools
• Second foreign language (French or German)
