In order to remain the trusted leader in nutrition and wellness company is currently enhancing its European Research & Development capabilities by centralising much of the Research and Development work in the newly built Heinz Innovation Centre in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. This is Heinz' second biggest centre worldwide and employs up to 200 employees.
For our Client we are currently looking for experienced and most suitable candidates to fulfill the position of Senior Packaging Development Technologist in the Heinz Innovation Centre in Nijmegen.

- Develop new and improved products to annual plan commitments
- Deliver key goals - perfect the fundamentals, ensure cost competitiveness, make sustainability a competitive edge and strengthen capabilities.
- Create, develop and implement industrialised packaging solutions under specific projects, ensuring robust risk management and delivery of quality attributes.
- Proactively drive new innovation ideas
- Manage and develop the (Jr.) Packaging Development Technologists
Kogo szukamy / Profile description
- Universyity degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Engineering or Packaging
- At least 5 years knowledge and experience of the packaging industry
- Effective across organizational and financial boundaries
- Understanding of Supply chain processes
- Great interpersonal skills with an inspirational and motivating approach
- Ability to build strong cross functional relationships
- Focused on getting things done, due to drive the business forward
- Willingness to relocate abroad - working in Nijmegen, The Netherlands.
- Fluent English is a must.
