The ReadSoft Professional Services International organization located in Wroclaw works with implementing ReadSoft solutions at multinational customer sites. Together with our counterparts in Sweden we are a team of experienced account managers, project managers and consultants with the world as our workplace, and now we are looking for an experienced SAP Business Consultant to strengthen our SAP team.

Senior SAP Business Consultant
About the job
As a Senior SAP Business Consultant you will:
- Act as a SAP solution architect in ReadSoft SAP projects.
- Conduct customer design workshops.
- Conduct SAP related presales.
- Conduct business/process reviews of existing customers.
- Together with the team create new ReadSoft best practices in the SAP area.
- Take part in customer projects as a functional consultant.
- Be part of the global internal SAP network that support each other.
The position involves travelling 10 to 15 days per month, mainly to Europe but work outside Europe also occurs.
About you
We believe that you have a university degree in business administration or a technical degree related to our business. You have several years of experience as a functional consultant in the related processes. We would also like to see a proven track record of presales experience, since that’s an important part of the job.
- You are SAP certified in the Purchase to Pay or Order to cash processes.
- You have the capacity to manage large and complex solution workshops with international customers.
- Your English is excellent and preferably you also speak another language like German, French or Spanish.
Those are the must-haves. To stand out from the crowd and really impress us, you might also:
- Have a background in finance, logistics or as a project manager.
- Possess ABAP skills (these will be useful during solution design work and business reviews).
- Have experience from other ERP systems, especially Oracle E-Business Suite.
On a more personal level, you are logical and analytical combined with good communication and social skills. You are a team player, a good listener and you have the patience needed to handle large sales projects during long periods of time.
You're easy-going and enjoy meeting new people from different cultures. You get a kick out of keeping deadlines and deliver what was promised.
